Job description
- Manage team and ensure operational activities run smoothly
- Maintain good relationships and coordination with customers
- Handle and manage related Depo Container
- Budgeting, cost control and analyzing financial performance to optimize profitability
- Implement strategist to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall productivity
- Create report and update detail Operations
Requirements
- Min Education S1 Transportation, Logistics or equivalent
- Strong experience as operation in Logistics Company, Trading Company, 3PL (CLT), Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line for at least 5 years
- Strong experience handle depo container more preferable
- English speaking, writing, reading and listening. If can Mandarin is better
- Strong leadership
- Available to standby outside of working hours or holidays
- Available position supervisor up to Manager
- Placement in KIM - Medan (1) & Kuala Tanjung (2)
