Senior Commercial Manager
Job description
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze revenue, profit, margin, and cost structure
- Identify key drivers of business performance increases and decreases
- Generate data-driven business insights
- Formulate strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence
- Analyze industry trends in logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding
- Identify market threats and opportunities
- Benchmark company performance against competitors
Executive Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors
- Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations
- Develop presentation materials for Board Meetings
Business Development Support
- Support the Sales team in developing sales strategies
- Develop pricing strategies
- Identify opportunities for service and regional expansion
- Assist in preparing strategic business proposals
Manage GGM WAREHOUSE
Warehouse Operations
- Manage all warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure inbound and outbound processes run in accordance with SOPs
- Optimize storage capacity and warehouse space utilization
- Oversee loading/unloading activities and goods placement
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational reports
- Monitor and report on warehouse operational KPIs
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory data and warehouse administration
- Submit performance reports along with improvement recommendations to management
- Ensure all reports are submitted on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sector
- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, EMKL/Trucking, Export-Import, Ocean Freight (OFT), and Air Freight (AFT) is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership qualities with a strong sense of initiative
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel as required
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A)
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi (KHI)
